Foodloyale is built to be flexible about payments, so you can keep the provider and terminal you already trust rather than switching to ours.
How does the loyalty side actually work?+
Every order can be tied to a customer, building a profile over time. From there you issue vouchers, award points and store credit, and let the AI suggest who to bring back.
Can my team use it on different devices at once?+
Yes. Because it's web-based, the back-office desktop and the counter tablet share the same live data, each with their own staff login.
